Bear Your Talent Series: Meet the Employer

The Career Center is excited to introduce the Bear Your Talent Series: Meet the Employer, a refreshed and streamlined opportunity for employers to connect & promote their organization to Missouri State University students.

This program combines the best features of the former Bear Your Talent Tuesday and Employer Spotlight of the Week into one flexible engagement experience.

Employers can choose from the following options to customize their spotlight:

Bear Your Talent Spotlight Options

1. On-Campus Visit ($35/day)
Host a recruiting table on campus and engage directly with Missouri State students.

• Based on your target student population, we'll choose a location that fits your recruiting needs (Academic Building, Outdoor Spaces or common area spaces) 
• Glass Hall location for College of Business students is not available with this option.
• If you would like to promote solely to Business students in Glass Hall, visit the COB Employer of the Day program (https://business.missouristate.edu/cob-employer-of-the-day.htm)
• Gain visibility through Career Center marketing, including digital displays across campus and social media promotion.

2. Video Spotlight ($35)
Showcase your organization online with a short promotional video.

• Submit a video (under 2 minutes) highlighting your company culture and career opportunities.
• Your video and company logo will be featured on the Career Center’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and the Career Center homepage.

3. Combined Package ($55)
Maximize your reach with both the on-campus recruiting experience and the online video spotlight.
