Career Expo/Education Career Fair 2020 is our university-wide career fair hosted each spring semester. Market your jobs and internships to undergraduate and graduate students from all Missouri State University's academic colleges.

Students from Drury University, Evangel University, Southwest Baptist University, and College of the Ozarks are also invited to attend.

How to register

Register through Handshake:

  1. Log into your Handshake account.
  2. Select the Fairs tab (Left-hand side of the webpage)
  3. Type Missouri State University in the School Field
  4. Select Career Expo & Education Career Fair 2020 (February 26, 2020).

Registration types and pricing

* If paying by credit card, a credit card processing fee of 2.75% will be added to the cost listed below.

Corporate rate

$375 ($25 late fee)

First-time corporate rate (organization has never participated in a career fair at Missouri State University)

$300 ($25 late fee)

School district / nonprofit / government rate

$275 ($25 late fee)

Advertise your organization

If you would like to advertise your organization in connection with the career expo, please select one or both options:

Option 1: Place an advertisement on the monitor onsite at the career fair
Monitor display specs: 2040px X 1100px at 200dpi; jpg or png
This can include details such as jobs you want to advertise. Advertising cost: $50.00
Note: This does not include advertising in The Standard (MSU newspaper).

Option 2: Place an advertisement/logo on the Career Center website
Website display specs: 1400px X 788px at 200dpi (Include company website URL for the image to link.) jpg or png

Timeline

8:30–10:30 a.m.— Employers may begin set up.
11:00 a.m. — Career fair begins
12:00 p.m. — Lunch is served.
3:00 p.m. — Career fair ends.

Would you like to interview students on campus? Informal interview space will be available during the Career Expo. The Career Center also offers formal interview space on campus starting the day after the career fair, February 27. On-campus interview season occurs until the beginning of April on a first-come, first-served basis. Please request on-campus interviews through Handshake.


If you must cancel your registration, please notify our office in writing as soon as possible by emailing the Career Center (CareerCenter@Missouristate.edu) prior to February 12, 2020. Cancellations after February 12 will not receive the full refund.
