Education Day is the annual spring career fair open to all students and alumni interested in careers in education. Bring your teaching and other academic-related position openings to our outstanding candidates.

Future teachers, principals, superintendents, psychologists, counselors, speech therapists, and nurses from five Springfield-area universities and colleges will be attending this career fair in hopes of finding a position just right for them. Education Day 2017 is sponsored by the consortium schools of Missouri State University, Drury University, Evangel University, Southwest Baptist University, and College of the Ozarks.

Non-profit/government rate $175

All registration fees must be paid by March 17, if not paid at time of registration.

Event timeline

8:00 am – Employers may begin set up.
8:00 am – Coffee & other beverages will be available for employers during set-up time.
9:30 am – Career fair begins.
12:00 pm – Career fair ends.
12:00 pm – Lunch will be served at the end of the career fair; lunch and raffle tickets will be offered at the end of the fair.

On-campus interviews

Want to interview students on-campus? Informal interview space may be available during Education Day (available on a first-come, first-served basis). Please indicate your interest in the registration form.

The Career Center also offers formal interview space on campus starting the day after Education Day, March 30. Please request on-campus interviews through JobTracks.
