TULSA PUBLIC SCHOOLS TEACHER JOB FAIR

Tulsa Public Schools will conduct a teacher job fair for teaching positions available during the 2008-09 school year.

All interested May 2008 graduates and certified teachers are encouraged to attend. Principals from all elementary, middle, alternative and high schools will be available to collect resumes and discuss openings at their schools sites.

Pre-registration is required and may be accomplished by completing a short, online form found on the website: www.tulsaschools.org. Simply click on the “Job Fair Registration” link. Additional information regarding Tulsa schools can also be found on the website.

VIRGINIA EDUCATION JOB EXPO

All candidates must pre-register in order to attend. Go to www.virginiaeducationexpo.com and select “Candidate Registration” to pre-register.

This is the largest school division job fair in Virginia. Candidates can meet and interview with human resource administrator from many school divisions in Virginia, representing urban, rural and suburban areas of the state. There will be opportunities to learn more about becoming licenses as a teacher in Virginia. Contracts may be offered on the spot for openings for the 2008-2009 school year so bring your credentials. Nurses, speech pathologists, ASL interpreters, and school psychologists are also encouraged to come.
