Legislative Internship Program

Who:

  • Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student at Missouri State University with 45 or more hours;
  • Full-time student on the Springfield campus, who has completed at least one semester at Missouri State University;
  • 2.50 or higher Missouri State GPA

What:

  • This incredible internship will enable you to serve 40+ challenging hours per week, off-campus, on the staff of a state legislator at our state capitol

Where:

  • Jefferson City, Missouri

When:

  • Spring semester, January-May
  • Daily starting times and the number of days worked per week vary between legislators
  • The deadline for Spring 2010 has past. Please fill out the interest form and look for recruiting to begin in August for the Spring 2010 session.
